Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hestaband.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 242 Loop Old Highway 4, Kemptown, Nova Scotia, Canada B6L2J6
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@hestaband.com within 30 days of the shipping date.
All sales are considered final once the product has been received and inspected by the customer.

- Unopened
- In new, unused, and resalable condition
All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items will be manually inspected prior to approval. Approved refunds will reflect the original purchase price only. Shipping fees, duties, and associated costs are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of kinesiology tape application and external variables affecting performance—including but not limited to humidity, temperature, storage conditions, and application technique—opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Hestaband™ kinesiology tapes have a recommended usage window of 12 months from the date of purchase. Proper storage and handling are the responsibility of the customer.
Hestaband™ reserves the right to limit or deny returns and exchanges at our discretion, including in cases of repeated refund requests, inconsistent product claims, or prior order disputes.
Orders placed following a refund issued for product dissatisfaction may be declined.
Hestaband™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving previous payment disputes, chargebacks, or circumstances where we are unable to confidently support the customer’s intended use. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Hestaband™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the withdrawal period expires:

Returning the Goods You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Customized or personalized products
